Rates
Daily rate: 2 - 4 persons: $235.00 per night
Weekly rate: 2-4 persons: $190.00 per night
- Minimum stay two nights.
- City tax 10%
- Rates for additional guests $40.00 per person/night. Occupancy limit 6.
- Pet fee (dog only). $50.00 per dog for duration stay (for additional pets or other than dogs, please contact us)
Policies
Check in/ Check out. Check in after 3 PM. If you arrive after 8 PM, please let us know. Check out: 11am. You will be issued two sets of keys. Please turn them in. $35.00 for unreturned keys.
Children and pets are more than welcome. There is a play set on the grounds. Property is partially fenced, so please monitor your children and pets. Please make special arrangements in advance.
Smoking permitted only outside the building.
Payment. We accept Paypal and personal checks. Full payment at time of reservation.
Cancellation policy. Cancellation more than 30 days in advance of arrival 100% refund; more than 15 days of arrival 50% refund; less than 15 days in advance of arrival: no refund.
Cleaning fee. This is your home. We provide linens at the beginning of your stay. Maid service during your stay $50.00 by special arrangement. Smoking not permitted inside the house. Smoking in the house will result in $100.00 cleaning fee.
Security deposit not required. Guests will be charged for losses or damage to the property.
Taxes. A City of Ferndale occupancy tax of 10% will be added to the rates.
Internet, Telephone TV. Your wi-fi access code will be provided to you upon check-in, along with the keys. Long distance telephone calls will be charged to your credit card after we receive the billing. There are two televisions with DISH satellite connection.
